For organisations selling 10,000+ credits/month, we negotiate a flat fee or reduced percentage arrangement.
Yes. You can upgrade instantly. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade from Growth to Free and have more than 1 active project, existing projects remain visible but you cannot add new ones until you're within the Free limit.
Any project that is not in Rejected status counts toward your limit. This includes projects in DRAFT, QUEUED_FOR_AUDIT, PENDING_ADMIN_REVIEW, APPROVED, and SUSPENDED status.
No. The only costs are the monthly subscription (Growth/Enterprise) and the platform fee on credit sales. Stripe's standard payment processing fee (1.4–2.9% + 30p) is separate and handled by Stripe directly.
The fee applies to each sale transaction at the rate of your current plan at the time of sale. If you upgrade from Free to Growth, future sales are charged at 6% even for projects listed under the Free plan.
